Firm Overview

Attorneys at Ryan Sells Uptegraft, Inc. P.S. have been providing quality legal services in Kitsap County and Washington State for more than 25 years. The firm had its beginnings in Bremerton. Since that time the name of the firm has periodically changed and in 1997 it was relocated to Silverdale. Our objective, however, has remained the same: to provide excellent legal services to our clients for fair and reasonable fees.

We practice as a firm, not as individuals. Our goal is to provide outstanding professional services to our clients and, at the same time, earn and maintain the respect of our colleagues in the legal community.

Our People

Our six attorneys with nearly ninety years of combined legal experience, assisted by our six professional support staff, provide a broad range of legal services to individual and business clients throughout the State of Washington. Our attorneys possess excellent academic credentials, strong community ties, and a commitment to provide quality legal services to our clients.

Our Practice

We represent and advise clients in medical negligence and personal injury; criminal defense; DUI defense; administrative matters; all facets of business formation and management; elder law; employment matters including sexual harassment, wrongful termination and hostile work environment; commercial and residential real estate matters, estate planning and probate; and state and local transportation matters.
